Peanut Butter Cup Oatmeal

Mornings can be crazy and trying to make time for a healthy, quick breakfast can be hard. But trust me, this super yummy oatmeal bowl is so filling and nutritious and can be ready faster than any drive-thru breakfast. 🙂

  • 1/2 c. instant oatmeal
  • 1 c. water or almond milk (adjust the amount of liquid based on your desired consistency of the oatmeal)
  • 1 scoop of your favorite chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. peanut butter
  1. In a microwave safe bowl, combine dry oatmeal and water or almond milk. Microwave for 1 minute 15 seconds, or longer depending on your microwave.
  2. Once the oatmeal is cooked, add protein powder, brown sugar, chia seeds and peanut butter. Stir to combine and enjoy!
