The Healing Power of Crystals

Crystals have been around since Earth’s inception so it shouldn’t be surprising (or poo-poo’d) their healing affects they have.

I believe that God blessed us with these beautiful crystals as a way to deeper connect to the world he created and help us to unlock our potential. Whether you choose to believe that, well, that’s up to you. To each their own. I hope, though, that you at least keep an open mind and if you’re feeling extra adventurous, maybe even pick one up and see for yourself. 🙂

Here are the three crystals I have and how they have helped me:

Rainbow Moonstone

The rainbow moonstone is used to ward off negative energy, give you comfort & peace during difficult times and has a strong feminine energy about it.

If I’m having trouble sleeping because my mind is going 90 mph, I’ll grab my rainbow moonstone and hold it in my hands for awhile and really focus on it. Sometimes, I’ve even fallen asleep with it in my hands, lol. It has a very calming effect so it’s a perfect crystal to have for those who suffer from anxiety and/or depression.

Rose Quartz

I absolutely love rose quartz! ❤

Not surprising, it’s known as the “love stone” as it has a vibration of unconditional love, peace and harmony. If you’re having relationship problems or you have difficulty being vulnerable with the ones closest to you, this is a great crystal to have throughout your living spaces. It’s not only a gorgeous pale pink color, but its energy is warm and loving.

Citrine

Citrine is a great beginner crystal. Powered by the sun, it’s energy is warm and joyful and brings nothing but positive vibes.

This crystal is best known for bringing prosperity when placed in the furthest left corner of your home. It also aides in the relief of fear and anxiety because it doesn’t absorb any negativity but rather dissolves it. It’s a happy stone! 🙂

Don’t forget to properly clean and cleanse your crystals–every stone is different and has its own process.
