Meditation is such an important aspect of my day. I do it in the morning because it helps me ease into my day with peace and gratitude. I find that when I start my day with a clear mind and grateful heart, I’m able to handle things that get thrown my way much better. Especially during this uncertain time, meditation has helped me keep a level head and stay positive. If you haven’t tried meditating before, now is a great time to start–we’re all staying home anyway, so why not make the most out of it and get some mental clarity and balance?
